Description: From another lab from The Agency in a different headquarters than the one in Gruetly, he was given the power of electrity, able to shock someone back with a blast and create a shield of electrity around him. He has the same strength though, as a normal dalmatian. He has found enjoyment in fighting Frenzy, much like Purge has, because of Frenezy is.
